Tamil Selvan is the Farm manager and is responsible for the daily operation of the farm, including the administration and marketing. He has all the rights to decide pertaining to the business administration. Tamil Selvan has over 35 years of experience in Trading and breeding of birds and having a good network with domestic and International markets. His vast exposure in the industry has helped grow the business to the next level and what it is today. We are often consulted on wide related matters especially for trading, breeding and farm management.

We have a good biosecurity program to safeguard the birds in the farm and to control the spread of diseases. We also ensure that good management practices are also conducted such as deworming, vaccination, cleaning, etc. Apart from that, we ensure that a proper diet is given to our birds and also to our other animals to ensure they are in good health. Quality control is also given paramount importance and we have SOPs that help ensure our farm is properly managed. The fertility and production in our farm has increased over the years and our mortality rate has been 5% every year.

Despite global challenges such as bird flu outbreaks impacting the industry, our future prospects remain bright. We anticipate significant growth in the coming years, as we align our expansion plans with evolving economic conditions. Our strategic management policies position us well to increase our international business. Diversifying into birds, mammals, and reptiles further supports our growth objectives, and we are optimistic about achieving our goal of becoming Malaysia’s leading bird breeder.
